YOU COVER THE BILL FOR ONLINE NEGOTIATIONS ON PREPAYMENT BASIS.
WE AGREE ON CONVENIENT DAY-LIGHT TIME FOR YOU, PROPERTY OWNER AND ADVOCATE. Negotiations are recommended to be conducted in your chosen advocate’s presence.
ON AGREED DATE PROPERTY OWNER, YOUR AGENT AND YOUR ADVOCATE GET TOGETHER AND YOU CAN DISCUSS TERMS OF AGREEMENT WITH THEM.
Basing upon the agreements attained at these negotiations your advocate will compile a Sale and Purchase Agreement which can be signed by you in person once you come, or distantly at Notary public office in your country (if possible), or by Power of Attorney by your Advocate.
Your keys will be waiting for you in the Agent’s or Advocate’s office.
