Price for the whole project with valid permit is 4,1 mln euro with no VAT.
In case of purchase yet with no permit, there are two stages of the deal:
1. Payment for commercial/residential building plot - 1 650 000 eur netto with no VAT (minus 372 000 eur - office on the ground floor of future building is already sold) within 7 days of agreement singing
2. Payment of 2 150 000 eur netto for yachting marina within 7 days within 7 days from concession received (AAA Croatian bank guarantee should be submitted by the day of agreement signing).
In addition to the contract Preliminary sale and purchase agreement for apartment with swimming pool and cellar will be signed.
In case of purchase of the whole complex with ready-made permits - the price will be 300 000 eur higher.
100% of company-owner of the project can be bought.
Seller is ready to consider joint investment with receipt of several ready-made apartments as a pay-back.
