Land plot of 4733 sq.m. with two co-owners 3.772m² + 961 m2. M2 zoning means possiblity of commercial and residential development.
It is possible to buy only a smaller part of 3772 m2 (two cadastre parts 3363m²+409m²) for 3,75 mln euro.
Given the whole land plot is purchased, some 14.200m² above ground could be build (coefficient KIG 3 above ground).
