There is a rocky beach at your own disposal, just a few steps from the house, and only a hundred meters away is a public sandy beach.

Total surface of the villa is 120 sq.m. It was originally built in the 16th century. Many generations of people were happy in this house which retained it's charm and wonderful peaceful aura.
Several years ago villa was completely renovated with careful preservation of old details and adding modern equipment and design elemens.

On the lower level there is a unique tavern for guests recfeptions decorated with traditional Dalmatian style, with equipped kitchen. Lower level floor consists of an entrance, tavern with kitchen, WC and in front is a coourtyard with barbecue and a nice garden.
On the middle floor there is an entrance, living room with dining area and a kitchen, one bedroom, a bathroom and indoor staircase.
On the upper floor there is a hallway, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.

Stone walls of the villas are massive and provding protection from heath and frost.
